“This was one of those books that you can't put down. Began reading it on the plane. Provided some insight into the Taliban, the life of Afghani people and the violence they have had to endure and why. Also made me realize that we can never change the culture, it can only come from within but the likelihood of that occuring is almost nil. Great novel.”
