I read the book before seening the movie and I loved both. There were a few parts in the book that was not put into the movie that were important to the story.

The buk is much more than the movie. But yes, 4 those who have not read the book, movie was a gud option. Surely many imp. things of the book are missing in the movie, but if they would hav tried 2 copy de entire novel in the movie, it wud hav bcome a 6 hr movie.

i read the book before watching the movie. i found the book much better. some important details are missing in the movie and others have been slightly changed. when you read a book, you create and imagine how the caracters look like and u picture every corner and place, so it was a bit weird to see the caracters as the director chose them. in addition, in the movie, a head of a lamb was shown, but it revealed nothing for those who didn't read the book. however, when u read the book, u know that Amir pictured hassan when he saw the lamb, as being loyal and innocent etc.. this is what i found unclear in the movie. my advice is to read the book:)

in my opinion it's much better...because you get an insight on their true feelings...in movies you cannot get to know their thoughts.

the movie is nothing compared to the book, I honestly felt that the movie didnt do the book any justice, it seemed rushed
