Well, the first time I saw him I thought, omg, he just doesn't look real--which is the exact same reaction my heroine has when she sees Mazriel (naked) for the first time. Mazriel is the fallen angel in the Moonlit Wings series I'm writing.

I think I'm in love with the guy in your pic! So hot! He brings to mind one of the main characters in my book series, Mazriel. I think writers always get certain mental images of their characters when they write them and your little fella there is Maz to a tee!

Actually, the first Vamp books I got her to read were the Black Dagger Brotherhood series. She said after reading them, no other vampires compare. LOL. So, now I have her reading the Sparks series while waiting for the next installment of the BDB.

I like this series. I gave the first three to a friend who doesn't like some of the vampire books out today. I told her these were "vampire lite" books. She seems to be enjoying them too.

I remember reading the first books of the Lynsay Sands series when it was just starting and liking them, but I haven't read any more. Seeing you read them got this series in mind again and looked it up. I hadn't realized how many books there are in this series. I have a lot of catching up to do.

I'm enjoying it so far. In the author's world vampires and witches are mortal enemies. The heroine is a witch and a vampire hunter and the hero is a vampire. He falls in love with her because of a love spell she was brewing. The hero is a real alpha male, but he acts really dopey when he's under the spell. So there is going to be a really be clash between them once the spell runs its course. The book is one of the Silhouette Nocturne's titles and I normally don't read series romances, but it was free on the B&N site for the Nook, so I thought I'd read it.

getting ready to go to sleep. doing pretty good. thanx. how are you doing? I am reading Simon R Green right now. His Nightside series ... didnt realize when I picked up his current book it was the 11th one in the series but it just draw me into the story. even though am reading the series out of order once I start a book I finish it. Oh the title of the book is "A Hard Day's Knight" Well ... got to go now ... work in the morning. Take care and ttyl .... nite now.
