Oh it's not so bad about my mom. It is a good break for her i think. Thanks though.

Those both sound like good reads. I have heard of unwind. Luke told me aboutb Markus Zusak is writing a new book. I loved both of his other books. Hve you heard anything about it?

I have a feeling I willl not get as much summer reading done as I would like considering the new puppy I just bought today. She is already a handful and im sure I ill be yanking more books out of her little jaws then actually reading them.

Hello! I have not read delirium, but Luke topld me about it and that you were reading it and I could'nt help but stickl it on my shelf. I have a few random questions for you. Are there any jobs at the library of the late? My dear mother lost her job and is struggling to find one. I was just curious and thought you would be a person to know. Also that crazy son of yours came to school with coffee that had almond joy creamer in it. Where do you find that? Almond Jpys are my favorite. Do you have any recomendations for summer reading? I have a list but knowing me that will be finished in a week! Have a great day:]

Sorry I took so long to respond Ann! Yes, I have been tracking our titles using shelfari for our Medina book club but finally want to get our members involved. Starting today, I am emailing those who were interested to join up. Since we are full to capacity for sign-ups, this is a nice alternative to give members who we don't have room for. They can discuss the book online with us through shelfari after we read it and discuss at the library. It is still new, so we will see how it goes. Thanks for the comment. :)

Just facilitated a preliminary meeting for a Book Club based out of Project Learn in Medina. Smart, sassy group of 4 other ladies and me. We decided to read Serena by Ron Rash. Without look ing at your extensive shelf!!!--have you read it? If so, how did you find it? Been so busy and not much time to read. :-( Have one R4PL now and they are just beginning Looking for Alaska, one of my favorite books of all. If you're at all inclined to join us at PL, we will meet Thursday, November 12, 7PM. We'd like to go see and hear Ron Rash at the Elms author event on November 19. Happy reading!

Many of my kids have said they really love the Shelfari site you introduced us to! Next year I plan to have them set one up at the beginning of the trimester and network more with one another. I just finished Sarah's Key, and I do recommend it to you, as I know you have some French background. It's about an event during the Occupation that I knew nothing about, so it's historical fiction with two voices. And recommended by our Spanish teacher, no less! I"m just going to start Testimony that you loaned me; I can return it over the summer and will catch you at the Bookmobile sometime. Happy reading!

Hi! This weekend i bought a few books and was wondering if you had read them and what your thoughts about them were if you had.

I bought, Perfect Match by Jodi Picoult; Testimony by Anita Shreve; and Just Listen by Sarah Dessen

I have read books by both Dessen and Picoult, and enjoyed them very much. Nothing though by anita Shreve yet. though i started Testimony and am enjoying it so far.
