Hi Carol! thanks for the request for friendship, i look forward to an exchange of ideas with you on books and other stuff.
Im a mother of 1, Liam is 12 yrs old, hubby is a lawyer and i work in our government. Aside from reading i also like scrapbooking, collecting postcards, stamps, pins, etc, i enjoy movies, music and traveling.
I see that you have read Wolf Hall, i have it in my TBR and will be reading it this year. Morton's books are my favorites too, im looking forward to reading Distant Hours.
you asked me a question about The Hunger Games Trilogy. I haven't read it. Although it is labled as ya I have heard that it shouldn't have been labled that at all. I'm asking for this for christmas so I will let you know when I have read it what I think. If you get to it first let me know your thoughts.

The Chase is Nov f2f book selection.
Turn of the century detective Isaac Bell ...romance, historical fact and a good story
His villains are out of the ordinary.
I'm doing the audio and it's great.....love to hear what the women are like
and the description of the great SF earthquake...etc and life in general.
It was such a good listen that I went on to Bell #2 The Wrecker.
Lots of trains also....
Reminds me of my dad....born a little later but a lover of trains.
I like things from the early 20th century....that's why these appealed to me.
I noticed you are reading Wolf Hall and wanted to let you know that The Life and Times of the Tudors Group discussed this book. If you are interested in leaving your thoughts and opinions here is the link:
I hope you enjoy the book. I really liked it and it is one of my favorites.
