I love books! I love to read! Well, duh! I buy way more than I can possible read--unless my plan to live forever comes about! My husband and I recently completed a 7 month cross-country trip in an RV that was just marvelous. I visited many, many wonderful book stores where I bought many, many books. Oh yes, and we saw some totally awesome sights too! So this year we are living part year in CT and part in FL. I am newly retired and looking forward to spending many wonderful hours reading!
My to be read piles are tremendous. I read almost anything except romance, science fiction and fantasy--although some of those have snuck in!
The books on my shelf are books I've read and books I own. Usually, once I've read a book I give it away. Not enough space to keep everything, although I'd love to! I rate books pretty easily. A book has to be really terrible for me to give it 1 or 2 stars. I guess I'm just easily entertained. « less
