Big Brother...that sounds intriguing. I really gravitate to the dystopias like Feed. I am really liking Little Brother (which you recommended at one of our meetings)...
Just finished "Going to Bend," a chick lit. novel set on the Oregon Coast . . . wonderful! Then I indulged in "Waiting for Salvation at the Dairy Queen," a first novel with a Fannie Flagg voice, awesome! I'm just about to finish another girl read (and another first novel) "Barefoot" by Elin Hilderbrand. I did read "Frannie in Pieces" and "Hattie Big Sky," and "Big Brother" is sitting here waiting for me; the folks at Rediscovered Books told me it was fab. Ta-Tah!
How's your summer reading going? I brought LOTS of YA Fiction home for the summer & have read some, but I've stumbled on so many other great reads . . . I'm neglecting the "shoulds" for the "wannas" -- but it's summer, right???
