The Stone family looks to be the perfect family, but underneath they're falling apart. Fourteen-year-old Trixie has been raped by her ex-boyfriend and Laura has been having an affair with one of her students. Daniel is reeling in the aftermath of being lied to by his wife and the belief that he has failed his daughter by not keeping her safe.
Amazing book. I couldn't put it down.

    Clare is not.

Years begin passing & Henry keeps showing up in Clare's life and both realize after a few years that they are meant to be. But life with a time traveler is not easy. Kyle Kingsbury is, to say the least, a self-centered jerk. All he cares about is his appearance and what's on the outside. On the night of the dance, a witch turns him into a hideous beast & if he finds true love within two years, he'll turn back into a human.
A modern-day take on "Beauty and the Beast".

You know all those Mormon commercials you hear on the radio & how they make it sounds like life is so much better if you're a Mormon?
That's not the case in Pattyn Von Stratten's life. She would give anything to not have to deal with the services & the meetings about Mormon life & how women are really just there for a man to have kids. Pattyn WANTS her life to mean something. She wants to date boys who aren't Mormon, boys she actually likes.
When Pattyn starts rebelling, home life becomes worse than normal. Her father decides that he doesn't want her under his roof for the summer, so he ships her off to his sister, whom he hasn't spoken to in years. Out in the desert, Pattyn's Aunt J teaches her all about life & how Pattyn isn't wrong to rebel against her church's teachings. Pattyn also learns a lot about herself, what she wants in life, & love.
But when Pattyn returns home, her life becomes hell. Instead of her mother, her father has been taking out his anger on her, beating her & already drunk when he comes home. And when Pattyn tries to rid herself of her family, things become worse than they already were.

A is gone for good & Ali's killer has been convicted. The girls can now sleep in peace.
For a few weeks. Because once school begins again, the notes start coming again. And these aren't from fakers. These are legit, don't-tell-anyone-because-I'll-hurt-you-if-you-do messages. And when Ali's "killer" escapes house arrest & doesn't show up for the trial, Spencer, Aria, Hanna, & Emily know that their journey isn't over yet..
