You should read Catch-22. That will predispose you for reacting to real life ethical dilemmas with elegance and humour. Also read Heller's last novel " Portrait of Artist as a old man".
HiWhat does your note mean?
Hi, thank you for adding me, i just read The Strange Incident of the Dog at Night Time by Mrak Haddon, its a good book but falls down a little at the end, in my opinion, keep in touch
I've read the fall and the stranger by him...and a story called guest...these were great specially the idea behind guest and if I use story/discourse pair...discourse in stranger was really great...and same about the fall...haven't you read any?
Dr.Khanna, The Karl Albrecht book that had the biggest impact on me was "The Only Thing That Matters." It may be a bit dated now, but still good lessons on total quality service. I also enjoyed his Brain Power, Service America in the New Economy, and Minds at Work. He has a new one on Practical Intelligence that I haven't read, but also looks good. He's a great writer, nearly everything he writes is worth reading (except I found his Social Intelligence book weak). Hope that helps. Ron
who are you?
