I'm an avid RPG gamer with a scholarly, professional interest in studying the occult. I don't read novels anymore, as I find the bulk of them to be unimaginative and poorly written.

RPG books allow one to express one's own imagination and thinking abilities and create one's own stories. That, for me, is far more appealing than any novel... more »

    It's interesting! Expands the core Dark Heresey rules a bit, adding a few more player options.

    I think there's a tendency in this line to over-complicate rules too much, but I always prefer simpler systems with which you can do complex things.

    I am alive. Sorry, just haven't logged on in a while. I haven't seen D&D 4th Edition yet. I'm a GURPS man myself (from Steve Jackson Games). Wish I was into D&D sometimes though with all the plethora of add-ons.
