Just graduated high school and looking to start college...meh.

My taste in books ranges from Sci-Fi to Historical Fiction. Anything in between needs to be looked over =) I also enjoy the occasional comic book...

Nelda is reading it now since I gave her all three for her birthday. She did agree that the first one is a difficult read initially, but it stick with it o.k.? Hey try some of the new ones I've posted. I just read The Adoration of Jenna Fox. It's futuristic which I think you would like.

You have got to read The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo, The Girl Who Played with Fire and The Girl Who Kicked the Hornet's Nest. This is an outstanding trilogy. I highly, highly recommend them.

I have read just about everything Stephen King has written, and The Stand is still my favorite book by him. It has such a basic theme - good vs. evil. I loved it.

I had the privelege of listening to Walter Dean Myers read an excerpt from one of his books two years ago at TLA. He is awesome and has the most powerful deep voice. I also listened to Sharon Creech. I suggest you buy her book Love That Dog. It's awesome.

Speak by Laurie Halse Anderson is one of the most popular books at my school as well. I liked it, too.
