Oh dear, that was the next book I was planning to read and I was afraid after reading "The Other Queen", which was definitely not up to the standard of the books about Henry VIII wives. I loved every one of those and the ones she did about the royal gardeners but "The Other Queen" never, ever drew me into the story.

I recently read Sylvia Plath's Letters Home and LOVED it. I'm reading the journals right now, but I liked the letters better because they sort of told more of a story.

    Hey there,

Well, just dropping you a quick note, updating you on how I've been. It's been far too long since our last note exchange. I miss our visits. I'm moving into the college dorm this afternoon, though, and classes start for me on Tuesday, so I don't know how often I'll be on Shelfari for the next couple weeks. I don't know how often I'll be on at all, actually. I'll try to check up on new notes once a week or so, though.

Other than that, my summer job finished up. Nothing much else new with me, though. I'll talk to you later.

    Your friend,

    Cammy

Hey, just FYI we backed out of the deal. So we are traveling again. We didn't buy the house. Sigh, oh well, maybe God has a better plan for us.

Oh wow...over 500 books! I've only recently finished reading The Bell Jar. Did you like it that much? I saw Rick Riordan's books 2, 3, and 4. Did you read the first one? I laughed at your comment about being addicted to kitting while listening to an audio book. I totally understand as I am addicted to cross-stitching instead :) I have to hide it from myself during the school year or else papers would not get corrected on time.
