The books on my shelf are the ones that I have read since 2001. I could possibly be missing a few because I created the list from memory. And we all know how that can fail us sometimes. This list does not include any books in my TBR pile. I will add them as I read them.

i enjoy reading contemporary romance, general fiction, and... more »

    Hey,

You read the new Jodi Picoult - Handle With Care?
Was it any good? I love her books, but haven't read one for awhile...still haven't gotten around to Nineteen Minutes, although it's on the shelf waiting for me!

Bello the reason why i added you is that you are a reader of many books and that you mention the word romance. As a result i feel you would enjoy my book. Which is poetry but there is a love story engrained in the theme running through the love section of my book. I have looked through your book shelf and i am familiar with the chicken soup books but they havent been on my list of things to read do you recommend them ?

Writing to say hi, how's it going? Reading anything good? I've been rereading Jane Austen books for my
last grad class! Then I'm done...write back!

Hello - I live just outside of South Bend, and I think it probably could get colder, so I'm not going to jinx it by saying no!

Thanks for accepting my offer of friendship Belle! I noticed that you are a fan of "Chicken Soup for the Christian Soul." I've written a similar book series you might enjoy. "How Do You Know He’s Real?" features the testimonies of more than 100 actors, recording artists and athletes who share how their faith has impacted their lives in the spotlight.

You can read excerpts and see the list of participants on my website, www.amyhagberg.com.

Looking forward to getting to know you, and Happy New Year!

Haven't read Summer of Roses yet but I will put it on my wish list. I have so many books right now that are waiting to be read - I'll be busy for a while. I'm reading Breathing Room by Susan Elizabeth Phillips. She's pretty good.
I want to recommend the author Barbara Delinsky - if you like Luanne Rice, you'll love her. I think the first book I read of hers was either Lake News or Coast Road, but I was hooked after the first book. Try her - my shelf has a lot of her!

Hey! Thanks for the note - Highly recommend Comeback! It was a quick read and a truly moving story - being a mom of a high school girl, I felt her pain as a mom. Thankfully, I am not in her situation, nor is my daughter, I still was very saddened by their story but (as is revealed on the books back cover) relieved at their accomplishments. A must read!
I noticed you are a Jodi Picoult and Nicholas Sparks lover - me too! We DO have a lot of books in common - what are you reading now?

I must admit I am a Jodi Picoult junkie. I had not read any of her books before i joined this sight. Now I am hooked. I just finished My sister's keeper and Plain truth. I am now reading the Pact. I bought the Nineteen minutesbut have not started it yet. Which one of her books do you recommend I read next?
