I am a single female, 54 years old. I have been retired now for almost 3 years. I worked for 33 years for the Social Security Administration. I left while I still had my sanity, or at least most of it. I have been reading for as long as I can remember. I love books, along with cats and dogs, and my boyfriend Bob. My cat is Chester. I discovered Shelfari about a month ago after reading about it in O Magazine. I'm having fun with it. I added some of my favorite books of all time when I first got on the site and have since been adding books as I read them. I also love beads; I used to bead a lot but I've been in a "bead block" for a few years now. I'm also in to politics. I keep thinking of things to add to this so it's a bit disjointed! « less
