Two decades of training design and delivery has seen Phil train and coach more than 4,000 people across the world in 20 countries, across six continents. He has worked in retail, IT, manufacture, logistics, communications, government, and military sectors.
Phil spent four years developing a new EMEA-wide shared service centre in the Czech Republic. He was responsible for equipping the staff with the competencies and knowledge required to make the operation a success. As a result, Phil designed and delivered on-boarding/induction training, management and professional development programmes, and technical and product training.
He has delivered large-scale knowledge transfer programmes for IBM, Microsoft, Motorola and Symbol Technologies. These programmes brought together SME technical knowledge with associated process, product and business skills. The skills developed by these programmes are typically required during company acquisitions, business reshaping and new strategic partnerships.
During the last three years Phil worked provided training and coaching for Red Hat, Hitachi, McAfee, Microsoft, Motorola, NHS, Henley business school, Car phone Warehouse, HTC. His training programmes are always highly instructional and motivational. The programmes manage to balance personal development with business success factors. Phil grounds the training in the day-to-day realities of the working environment, making the programmes challenging and relevant.
