Don’t be sorry, it’s the end of the year, the right time to be busy ^ ^. Yes, I agree with u that integrating generic and SW specific frameworks is the ideal way to go. but if we're talking about SW methodologies in specific like XP, which like u said is pure sw eng., don’t u think that they are, practically speaking, risky and I’d say costly to adopt alone without combining it with a more disciplined sw eng. approach? Keeping in mind that disciplined expertise is hard to find. From what I saw, I came to believe that it's a characteristic of experts not to be disciplined.
Thanx alot for the great links. The last one is very interesting. I've actually read about Agile, mainly XP, before and really liked it but its lack of formality and highl dependence on team members are what i hate most. But combining XP with scrum wll hopfully make the approach more formal. what do think ? thanx again 4 the links.
