I inherited my mom’s easy personality, and it was my mom who got me addicted to reading. Remember the scholastic book fairs in elementary school, my mom would buy me at least five books every time.

I’m an English major and think I might want to get into teaching. I love to knit and draw with chalk pastels. I spend three months in Sydney, Australia in the fall of '07 and it was one of the best times of my life... so far. When I was in Sydney I met some awesome knit friends and found a wonderful shop where I signed up for an intermediate knitting class where I learned everything I needed to know to knit a sock. A funny little fact about me is that about three years ago I tore out my closet that way I could fit a drawing table in my room (the original plan was to put a book shelf in, the table fit better, but I stil have three book shelves in my room). « less
