Excellant view of the 'boys' who saved Britain. The events of the war other then the air war from 1939-40 is only lightly touched on, to give us a focal point for whats happening and the chronology goes back and forth a bit but overall this is a really good book that shows the mind of the flying warrior and how they matured, and died in the Battle of Britain.

excellant work though be warned, no happy ending much like his other Zombie works. Different from the others though, in that there is no malevolant group behind the zombies, only a plague of some sort that can cross animal species lines. Different sort of hero but realistic.
