Ok added Will on my list of books to read.
Castle for rent and sails on the horizon.
Just dropping by to say hello. I am concurrently reading "Hearts in Atlantis" by Stephen King and "Leaves of Grass" by Walt Whitman. Have you come across anything dynamic lately or have any old favorites you'd like to recommend? Cheers
Ok really loving How To Talk to a Widower..read it in Czech Church and felt very wicked doing so...hehehe....Tell me what you think of Water for Elephants, I have my eye on that one. Though I have a pile of books that I already bought that I need to read.
Somehow "Starfist:A World of Hurt" is juxtaposed against the cup of twinings lady grey tea I'm drinking on a balmy Carolina morning. You have a compelling array of tomes in your collection- one that would require the discerning reader to return its treasure trove- to cut through the bull with the knife-you have neat stuff. yours, Jason R.
Hey you are reviewing your books coolio! I am *still reading* that Russian Novel...it is taking me forever! *sigh*
Andrew recommends "Hunting War Birds" Carl Hoffman-- obsessive quest for the lost aircraft of World War II
You should write reviews for some of the books that you read, at least the ones that are really good.
I recommend Time Travellers Wife by Audrey Neffenegger , about a man who is constantly travelling through time...shows up naked in his new time zone and has to resort to sealing clothes etc to survive, and meets his true love when she is a kid, befriends her....Kind of a neat love story/fantasy
Yo Bec: I sent you off a think you for that book you set me - thx. It had been sitting in my work bag for a month now. (little embarressed smilie here)
Thanks for introducing me to Shelfari I've gotten tips from other writers, and readers-- its been very supportive for my work.
