Beliefs: in a single word: equality!
I'm a Wiccan (or a 'witch' if you MUST call me that). Wicca is an earth based, nature preserving religion centered around the belief of the Moon Goddess and the Sun God. Spirit and life is in everyone and everything; "do no harm unto others lest it come back at you 3 fold" ; trust your instincts, preserve nature, help those who need help, etc. It's all about believing in equality. No man is greater than another; no life is more precious than another.
It's because of my Wicca that I support Anti-Bully campaigns. I am a member of a Gay/Straight alliance called True Colors Alliance. We have participated in the "It Gets Better" campaign, and we did an "Out in the Silence" event so far. The group is fairly new, but we are working on building it up. Currently, TCA is now working on two PSA (Public Service Announcement) videos to have play in the nearby schools and on the news. We hope to find many more events to help out with and take part in!
I also help out with a group called Spotlight Youth Theatre, for children under 13. I help out backstage to keep the kids behaving. I help them study their lines, learn the songs, know what they have to do and when. The other teenagers who help backstage and myself work to encourage the kids to feel confident in themselves. A few weeks back, we put on our showing of The Jungle Book, and it went great! Now we - the teens and adults - are preparing for "Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory" and our show will be in June! :)
My writing, if you wish to check any of them out:
**This essay I wrote when I attended a brick & mortar school last year. We had to write either the positive or the negative effects of technology. I ended up using this essay in a local writing competition.

**This poem is one I wrote around the premiere of the last Harry Potter movie. HP has been a part of my life for over a decade, and it ALWAYS will be.
