Thanks for checking out my page! This is Donna and I'm the author of "The Celebrity Experience: Insider Secrets to Delivering Red-Carpet Customer Service." A former stage actress turned employee engagement and customer service expert and professional speaker, I spent a couple of years talking with people who serve celebrities about their customer service standards. Combining their best practices with those of other people/organizations who give "celebrity" service to every day people, I wrote The Celebrity Experience to teach the reader how to treat their customers like stars.

A few things about me:
  • I grew up in Westport, Massachusetts and have a large family who still lives in the area. One of my grandmothers had 14 children...so a LARGE family.
  • Currently I live in St. Petersburg, Florida with my husband Jim and our Maltese puppy Snowball - but we are planning to live in Lititz, PA
  • I lived in Lititz, PA for two years when I was in the acting troupe of the Pennsylvania Renaissance Faire
  • I spent 12 years working in the field of elder care directing creative programs for seniors and in employee engagement.
  • Authors that inspire me are many - but a few that come to mind immediately - Chellie Campbell, Barbara Glanz, Jack Canfield, Stephen Pressfield, Matt Weinstein...
  • I am grateful to be a frequent keynote speaker on the topics of red-carpet customer service and employee engagement.
