Stacy-Deanne (pronounced Dee-Anne), is a best selling novelist. She began her professional writing career in 1997 at age 19. She has been writing for nearly twelve years and has won numerous awards and her books have appeared on best selling lists for Urban fiction. Her work has also appeared in many online and print publications and sites including Billboard Magazine, BlackBeat Magazine, Disilgold Soul Magazine, BlackMeninAmerica.com, BlackRefer.com, BellaOnline and World Life News. Stacy's first published book is the compilation music book, "Divas of the New Millennium" published by Amber Communications Group, Inc. in 2005. Although she's written one biography, she is originally a fiction author. She released "Everlasting", the well-received, hard-hitting, realistic, urban Latino love story in 2007 with her current publisher, Simon and Schuster/Strebor. In June 2008 she released her latest work, "Melody" a mystery and suspense/thriller also with Simon and Schuster. Stacy was one of the notable authors profiled and featured in the 2006 book, "Literary Divas: The Top 100+ Most Admired African-American Women in Writing".
Stacy is also a landscape photographer by hobby and she used to be a part-time model. She was born and raised in Houston, Texas. She is a member of the Author's Guild. She resides in Houston, Texas.
