Hooman Majd (edit name/settings)

From infancy, Hooman Majd lived abroad with his family, who were in the diplomatic service. The attended boarding school in England and college in the Untied States, and stayed in the US after the Islamic Revolution of 1979. He had a long career in the entertainment business, including stints with Island Record and Polygram Records, before devoting himself to writing and journalism. He lives in New York City and travels regularly back to Iran.
