I just made Ho Mok, page 293-4, Tales of a Female Nomad. Yumm! And relatively easy with the help of my local grocery store, Central Market, that carries lots of ethnic foods. No banana leaves this time, but I may try buying a plant at the nursery to see how it compares to foil.
