Dr. Kevin Leman is a psychologist, Christian author, and media personality. He was the first to popularize Adlerian psychological concepts in the United States, which are based on birth-order and family dynamics. Dr. Leman holds Bachelor's, Master's, and Doctorate degrees in Counseling and Guidance from the University of Arizona. He lives in Tucson with his wife Sande and their 5 kids (except for Kevin II. who lives in Los Angeles and writes for The Ellen DeGeneres Show). His daughter Lauren Leman, 17, has her own YouTube channel that she makes with her friend Cat. Dr. Leman is the founder and president of "Couples of Promise," an organization designed and committed to helping couples remain happily married.

His professional affiliations include the American Psychological Association, American Federation of Radio and Television Artists, National Register of Health Services Providers in Psychology, and the North American Society of Adlerian Psychology.

In his 25 published books, Dr. Leman has addressed topics ranging from disciplining toddlers and adolescents to people-pleasing and intimacy in marriage.
