Leann Sweeney writes two mystery series: The Yellow Rose Mystery Series set in and around Houston and The Cats in Trouble Mystery series set in a small fictional South Carolina town. Abby Rose, the Texas heroine is an adoption P.I. and the other series heroine, Jillian Hart, is an amateur sleuth. Both women are smart and funny with big hearts.
There are 5 titles in the Yellow Rose Series: #1 Pick Your Poison, #2 A Wedding to Die For #3 Dead Giveaway #4 Shoot From the Lip #5 Pushing Up Bluebonnets.
There is one title so far in The Cats in Trouble Series, which also features 3 Katrina rescue cats, Chablis, Syrah and Merlot. It's titled The Cat, The Quilt and The Corpse. #2 in the series, The Cat, The Professor and The Poison will be released in 2010.
