“After a long career in the corporate world as the former head of Human Resources at TV Guide Magazine, USA Networks and Barney's New York Inc. I gave it up to write and speak on business and career topics because I wanted too give something back and help others. I now write a column on careers for the New Jersey Star Ledger and speak on influencing and careers. My most recent is UP: Influence Power and the U Perspective- The Art of Getting What You Want (YCD Press) My first book was titled Get More Money on Your Next Job (McGraw Hill).I also wrote with my daughter A Woman’s Guide to Successful Negotiating (McGraw Hill). I am very proud of the fact that it was selected by Atlanta Woman magazine as one of the 50 best books for professional women.
