Wendy Owens was born and raised in the small Ohio town, Oxford, home of Miami University in September of 1978. As a child she would often express her creative side by writing short stories and poems for her friends and family to enjoy. Living in a small town provided Wendy with the luxury of walking to her local public library where she could often be found, immersed in a pile of books.
After a career in the visual arts Wendy decided to return to her passion of writing. Sacred Bloodlines is the first installment in The Guardians series about the battle between angel hybrids and demons.
Wendy now lives in Cincinnati, OH with her husband, three young children, and two active dogs.
