I first remember writing when I was in elementary school - cursive writing full of loops and dotting my i's with hearts and creating long stories full of characters who I liked. I've been writing ever since.
I've written and published a novel set in the South during the Great Depression - Josephine: Red Dirt and Whiskey

I've also written and published a few short stories on Amazon and a closet drama as well.
In addition to fiction, I also write academic writing guides:
A Practical Guide to Academic Writing

And,
A Student's Guide to Composition

I blog about writing, specifically my writing process and what I learn and question about writing, writers, and the stories we tell -
