Melanie Milburne (edit name/settings)

When she was 17, Melanie Milburne was reading her first Mills & Boon romance novel when she was supposed to be studying for her high school exams. It was at that time that she vowed she would be a romance reader for life and find herself tall, dark and handsome hero to marry. She has kept true on both those promises and turned into a romance writer herself. She and her husband moved to Scotland so that he could continue his studies to become a surgeon. During their stay in Scotland, Melanie gave birth to two sons. Later they moved to Hobart, Tasmania. Melanie has now published 46 romance novels for Harlequin Mills & Boon Presents and hopes her fans enjoy reading them.

When she’s not writing, Melanie is an avid athlete. She is a long-distance runner and a nationally ranked as a top-10 master’s swimmer in Australia.
