Marianne Stephens was born in Brooklyn, NY, In high school, she began reading Shakespeare and biographies. After college, her interest turned to romance books and she read historicals and regencies. Shortly after getting "hooked" on contemporaries, Marianne decided to try writing one and now writes contemporary/paranormal romance books.
