Betty is a fantastic mix of Shirley Jackson, Edna Buchanan and Janis Joplin. Don't ask me how I came up with that unlikely comparison, I just feel it and I haven't been drinking much tonight.
Betty is dynamic and beautifully spastic. We first met through Amazon and through a mutal appreciation for one another's work. I keep a copy of 1106 Grand on my nightstand since I read it two years ago and I'm always looking for more Dravis shorts. Short stories, that is.
As talented as she is as a writer, Betty also knows her way around the social networks. I'm just catching up here in Shelfari. If you're new to her as an author, get copies of her novels and go prowling around for her Amazon shorts. Ask her about the Clint Eastwood incident and insist on the truth. I know there's more to that story. Maybe you can get it out of her.
Rock on, Betty.
