  Dia Reeves is a librarian and lives in a suburb of Dallas, TX. Her family, however, grew up in East Texas and has inspired her with many tales of the area. Bleeding Violet is her first novel.
  Afraid that’s about as exciting as it gets, folks. But it does explain my wild imagination, doesn’t it? If your life were as boring as mine, you’d make up stuff about monsters and doorways to absolutely-anywhere-else-but-here, too. Trust me.
