“I've read The Conscience of a Liberal and The Great Unraveling and have followed Krugman's columns and blog. I was at first taken with his views, but lately have become aware that he is any ivory tower liberal. His liberalism ends when it comes time to use the power of government to protect those who are threatened by the current economy and government policies. In fact, he supports the Fed in its all out effort to pump up stock prices while ignoring/exacerbating the crushing inflation devastating those in the middle class and below. Just another rich guy supporting policies that protect his wealth.”
