People seem to love or hate E.E. Cummings.  Considered immature by some critics, others find him inventive and playful. 
Contrary to common belief, he did not lowercase his name.  He went by E.E. Cummings.  He painted and wrote.
His third wife, Marion Morehouse, was a model.
