"Born on a remote island populated by mysterious Viking descendents of a shipwrecked longship, the author was raised to drink mead and to make attempts to expand her empire. Consequently, she expanded mostly her pant size. She joined the Army and learned how to throw grenades and how to trim rose bushes. Then she decided to go to college and attempt to overturn societal regimes.
I sold Bayou Moon in 2002 and published others in 2010, after a long delay caused by idiotic editors and brain-damaged agents, which is a whole different story.
