David Niall Wilson has been writing professionally since the mid 1980s. He has 16 novels and five collections, as well as around 200 published short stories. He lives near The Great Dismal Swamp in the historic William R. White House with the love of his life, Patricia Lee Macomber - their kids, pets, and dreams. David is a former President of the Horror Writer's Association, and has been awarded the Bram Stoker Award in 2000 for his poetry, and in 2007 for his short story "The Gentle Brush of Wings".
