I was born on Friday the 13th but that is not my greatest charm. Ah .. and I want to live in a bubble house.

I live in San Fransisco, and write young adult paranormal romance, urban fantasy, and science fiction mostly. The Grimm Diaries series is a seven book saga that deals with retellings of fairy tales from a young adult POV - it intertwines most of the fairy tale characters together in a an original way. I don't think it has ever been done that way before.

Book one and two are available this year. I'd be honored if you like them -- and if you didn't. I also wrote the Monster Show trilogy which dystopian YA, coming out this year.

The book dearest to my hearty is Blood, Milk, and Chocolate, which is a retelling of the Snow White's tale from the Evil Queen's point of view -- the books contains historical evidence to back up my theory about the queen. It will be out January 2013.

I play guitar and compose music as well and I intend to make my own soundtracks for books but it will take some time.
