A.J. Rand is a pseudonym used for author Bo Savino's Contemporary Adult Fantasy Series) Bo Savino resides in Florida with friends, family and critters that can only be described collectively as a “tribe”. Her first book solely under her own name, Sacred Steps, was published in 2003 by TGS under Dr. Kim Savino. The Reggie & Ryssa series developed when Bo discovered a passion in her children and others, for fantasy fiction suitable for kids, but didn't "talk down" to them. Reading has always been one of her great passions in life, and she wanted to encourage that in the next generation by giving them a tale that was uniquely theirs. There are 6 books currently planned for the Reggie & Ryssa series, and 5 books for the Broken Wings series, plus a spin off series that delves further into the realm of the Grigori. Bo writes under several pseudonyms, to keep the genres of her books separate and distinct in the hearts and minds of her readers. Her books for young adults are written under Bo Savino. Her spiritual books are written under Dr. Kim Savino. Her contemporary books (primarily fantasy) are written under A.J. Rand (after her 3 sons...Aaron, Joshua, & Random). Finally, her supernatural romance books are written under Catherine Chase (after her 2 grandchildren).
