Constance Hall lives in Richmond, Virginia with her husband and two sons. History is a passion of hers, especially Regency England. She not only writes romance novels, but shares another passion, screenwriting. She's a board member of the Virginia Screenwriter's Forum, a member of RWA, and active in her local RWA Chapter, Virginia Romance Writers.
