Darusha had been the Senior Editor at The Conversation Network for several years and was previously a civil servant in the Canadian government for a decade. She is now sailing the world in her 45' custom sloop Scream with her partner and mate Steven.
She is currently off the Pacific coast of Central America, working on science fiction short stories and novels between jungle adventures and boat chores.
