    Ginger,
Thank you for asking me to be your friend.
I would accept the offer if Shelfari was not rejecting my password.

By the way, I am thrilled with the publication of my debut novel, Tangled Hearts.

One of my reviewers wrote words to the effect that: 'with its sumptuous descriptions of clothes and food and the sights, sounds and smells of Old London as a background for an intriguing plot, Tangled Hearts is a 'must for fans of quality historical fiction.'

I am interested in the events, national and international in Queen Anne's reign 1702-1714. She was the last of the Stuart monarchs and compared to our other more colourful kings and queens is not well known.

When choosing an era for my debut novel, I read widely and chose Queen Anne's reign. You can read about the queen and extracts from Tangled Hearts on my website,

    All the best
