    Hello Author Aleja Bennett--I'm so glad I have run into you. I am new to the website and I have been looking for exactly what you write about. I started a group called "Live Courageously" which is actually a book that will make it's appearance on May 1st. The author is Terri Cadiente and she is my life and spiritual coach. I'm in the process of writing a memoir because I have had sooooooooooo many people say that it might be "healing" and I do have a story. Your ideas about "Time for Change"-I can hardly wait to read this. Now I don't want to sound really stupid but that is a book you wrote right? I also started a group called addictions, alcoholism, gangs, incarceration, mental illness etc and these 2 groups completely offset each other. In my circumstance, I'm coming out of a very black darkness slowly starting to see grey and one day light. I would love some insight from you because the transition feels like I'm going to just blow apart. I love reading positive and that's what I'm trying to learn but I need to reveal the negative to let the positive start to work in my life. That's what I'm thinking anyhow. I have read both kind of books and am intrigued by both. To me what is phenomenal is people that live absolute "normal" lives. They read, pay bills, go to family functions, parks, have friends, knit-all that stuff. Can't change the past but this website has really brought back a side to myself that I forgot and that is I love to read about "real" topics. The DSM IV, John Wayne Gacy to Being in the Zone and Awaken the Giant Within. If you have an opportunity to share any thoughts or ideas, suggestions, etc...I would be extremely grateful to you.
