I love to read. I get completely lost in a story and almost always draw links to my life from it.
Some people say I never read happy books, but I enjoy books that stay with me for a long time. I love to share my books and my thoughts about them and love it when people ask for my recommendations.

Read this book on recommendation of my 12year old and loved it.It's about a girl who see numbers and noises with colors, but doesn't tell anyone about it, because she doesn't want to be weird. she wishes she didn't see the colors until she looses the ability.

Had to keep reading after the first book. Is even more awful, almost gave up after the first chapter, but kept reading and again couldn't stop until the bitter end.Had to buy the last one immediately, because this one doesn't really end.

Had to read the last part because after the second book you just can't let the story stand like this. It would be just to awful an end.Was not a comprehensive as the first two books.Like the end though.

even though it is a terrible story I could not put the book down. Reminded me a lot of the hunger games. You have no way of knowing what happens next because it is such an unbelievable story. That's what makes it so suspenseful

unexpected story about a young man, an old woman and a baby and how they come together in an old house.Everybody's life is changed for the better by the weird situation they got themselves into. Even though the situation seems unsolvable good things come of it.

I love all of Gail Tzukyiama's books, but this one was just written beautifully. Though it describes the progress of a horrible disease it is full of emotions and thoughts of the affected woman and her family. The characters are very well developed and you don't want to leave them at the end of the story.

I found this real life story very interesting. I got really mad at the parents for being so selfish and leading the life they did without thinking of the consequences it would have on their kids. The description of Africa, the colors and smell and the feel of the heat, made you feel like you were there.

a woman gives up her safe life to follow a guru to India and lives there in poor conditions. At first this story really intrigued me to see where it would lead the main character and what she would find out about her life.In the end I was kind of disappointed though.it does not really explain what her reasons where and what would lead her to do such a drastic move.
