Sorry I haven't written in a while. I just finished book 3. It was amasing because there was a lot of very cool creatures like centars, satyrs, dyads, hamadryads and niadads.I also liked the big battle at the end.

I liked it because there was cool creatures. Lots of action and quite a few mysteries. There was also great discription. Thanks for telling me about it. :)

Oh my--I get distracted from the serious reading by the easy mystery/thrillers (and the garden's insatiable need for water all of a sudden). Then a library book on hold comes in. Then Borders is going out of business. The piles have grown exponentially. However, in the heat, I have been holed up in the house, reading while reclining and then I fall asleep for two to three hours. Interferes greatly with the reading schedule. Nothing I ma totally in love with so far but many things I enjoyed for what they were. Can say unequivocally that I hated Ann Patchett's State of Wonder.

I kinda hated it but sometimes I think I just hate anything marriage related because I'm perpetually without companion.

Interested to see what you think of Committed. Will wait until you are done to comment.

I got hooked and went a little nuts racing through a bunch of those. I love Amelia's voice and how Ramses speaks. I also dig the little bits of Egyptology I'm picking up. Will take a little break for more variety, though, after about 6 in a row. Have to save some for later.

Thanks for the invite... when am I going to get time to list the all??? Oh - and Caty read James and the Giant Peach lastnight . She started after tea and was done by bedtime. Time to start a Roald Dahl collection and have more frequent trips to the library!

I'm starting to get confused. I think I've read something but then I'm not really sure. Wish I had had this tool about 15 years ago!
