I'm a retired/disabled former legal secretary. I spend a good bit of time on Yahoo! Answers. In the last year and a half, I went from 340 lbs. down to 190 lbs., using a low carbohydrate diet. I feel great, except for having about twice as much skin as I need to cover me.
