Hi, thanks for enlightening me about leek soup, unfortunately I don't cook, well I can manage survival cooking, but definitely not gourmet. my best shot is pasta with pre-made pesto and olive oil. I am a practicing internist of a major hospital and a single mother to a 10 year old boy, so I usually don't have time to do much. since I am also an educator and go around the country giving lectures on weight management, I am able to do most of my readings in the airport predeparture lounge. Joining shelfari was truly a deviation of my usual thing, but now that I am in, its truly fun, relaxing and enlightening. Hope to hear from you soon, new friend.
