I'm a computer geek in the San Francisco Bay Area, who has a love of my family, books, drama, comics and all things Scifi and fantasy. I also love Chogokin (Japanese diecast toys) and puppets.

I'm always looking for a new author or series to pick up and read with my pile of other stuff. My current favorites include anything from Jim Butcher and Brandon Sanderson. I love most of the stuff from Orson Scott Card, Rachel Cain, Kim Harrison, EE Knight, and Neil Gaiman. My early favorites were Asimov, C.S. Lewis, Frank Herbert and Tolkien. If its Scifi or Fantasy, there's a good chance I'll like it.

I'm enjoying the availability of my favorite books on audiobooks or audio dramas (after I read them in book form). Current things I listen to are the new Dune recordings, Harry Dresden ready by James Marsters, stuff by Neil Gaiman, and Kim Harrison's books in audio format. « less
