There's a lot to be said about escapism... I love to read. Right now I am heavily into paranormal romance. I read other stuff too like fantasy, popular fiction and children's literature. I hope one day to have the courage to let others see my writing. Until then, I will enjoy the work of others.

    Yes, escapism is the word and I found no better way to get that than through paranormal and fantasy romance.

    I've befriended a lot of JR Ward fans in the last several days and have only just purchased my first book by the author (took me a while to get on the Dark Hunters bandwagon too :)

    Looking forward to trading recos and perusing your shelf :)

    Have you checked Elloras Cave? They have great paranormal and are not restricted by publishers. I like Lora Leigh, Christine Warren, Eve Jameson just to name a few. Shiloh Walker also has some stuff there.

    GLAD YOU COULD JOIN US...well we are kinda off the chain round here...we are all poolside if ya feel me and some of us are specualting bout V and phury and lassiter and their HEA and others are well on covert ops to ease tension of wait... *laughs and hands april all tools needed to survive: chocolate, grey goose, goggles, fireretardant suit, sunglasses, towel, Margarita with small plastic dagger, BDB series, cellie pager in case of emergency, and keys. WINKS* you'll know* laughs* oh and make sure you wear a fire suit and Xrated googles cuz man...it gets a little carried away in der.... but feel free to take it off if you need to k we are kind cellies here.... laughs and rushes back to join in chat.
