    They're making a movie of The Lovely Bones? Wow- don't know if I could see it, unless of course they change the ending to CATCH THAT GUY!

    Hi Katie, I just signed up for Shelfari to try to get the word out about my novel (I just published it a couple weeks ago!), and your bookshelf came up as a good match for me. My book (“Perfect on Paper”) is a funny read about a single woman in San Francisco whose life is hardly perfect. Anyhow, I thought I'd send you a note in case you want to check it out. I know it's a bit crazy to contact you directly about it since I don’t know you, but I figured why not? I have to start somewhere to get word-of-mouth going outside of my own friends, and it’s obvious you like to read! BTW I loved "The Lovely Bones" too, although I spent the whole book hoping they would catch that guy.
